SOFTWERK's published data-protection PDF is an Art 28 processing agreement, not a website privacy notice, so this was written from the site's actual behaviour rather than adapted from an existing policy.

What this site collects
Browsing this site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and loads nothing from a third-party server — fonts, styles and scripts are all served from this domain. There is no tracking pixel, no session, and no profile.
The only personal data you can give us is an email address, and only if you type it into the waitlist form.
Waitlist email address

- The email address you enter, and the time you entered it.
- Purpose
- To send you one message when Autoposter opens. Nothing else.
- Legal basis
- Consent, Art 6(1)(a) GDPR — given by submitting the form, withdrawable at any time.
- Processor
- Resend (resend.com), used to deliver the notification email to us.
- Recipients
- Nobody else. It is not sold, shared, enriched, or added to an advertising audience.
- Retention
- Until Autoposter opens and you have been told, or until you ask us to delete it — whichever comes first.
Server logs
This site is hosted by Vercel Inc. Like any web host, Vercel processes connection data (IP address, requested URL, user agent, timestamp) to serve the page and defend against abuse. Legal basis: legitimate interest, Art 6(1)(f) GDPR. We do not read, export or combine those logs.
Transfers outside the EU
Resend and Vercel are US companies and may process the above data outside the EEA. Both rely on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses together with the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. If that matters to you, do not use the waitlist form — write to office@sftwrk.at instead.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you may request:
- access to the data we hold about you (Art 15);
- correction of inaccurate data (Art 16);
- erasure (Art 17);
- restriction of processing (Art 18);
- a portable copy (Art 20);
- to object to processing based on legitimate interest (Art 21);
- to withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing already carried out (Art 7(3)).
One email to office@sftwrk.at is enough for any of these. We do not require a form.
